Building a cost-effective mechanochemical Raman system: improved spectral and time resolution for in situ reaction and rheology monitoring - dataset

This dataset comprises Raman spectroscopy data collected using our in-house Raman spectrometer for in situ reaction and rheology monitoring of a benchmark mechanochemical reaction. It also includes Raman spectra obtained with two commercial Raman spectrometers for comparison, as well as PXRD data to analyze the structure of the reaction products. Additionally, the dataset contains data required for the characterization and calibration of the in-house Raman spectrometer. The data are organized to correspond directly with the images presented in the article (Main text and Supporting Information). The collection includes experimental raw data (X-Y sets, image files) and the Python scripts used for data processing.本数据集涵盖使用自研拉曼光谱仪采集的拉曼光谱数据，用于对基准机械化学反应开展原位反应监测与流变学监控。本数据集还包含两台商用拉曼光谱仪采集的拉曼光谱以用于对照分析，同时配有用于解析反应产物结构的粉末X射线衍射（PXRD）数据。此外，本数据集还包含自研拉曼光谱仪的表征与校准所需的相关数据。所有数据均按照与论文（正文及补充材料）中配图一一对应的逻辑进行组织编排。本数据集收录了实验原始数据（X-Y数据集、图像文件）以及用于数据处理的Python脚本。
