Bust of Blanche of Valois

Blanche of Valois was a Queen consort of Germany and Bohemia by her marriage to King and later Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV. She was the youngest daughter of Charles of Valois and his third wife Mahaut of Châtillon. The Lapidarium of the National Museum exhibition called "The monuments of stone carving in Bohemia from the 11th to 19th Century" informs visitors about the methods of mining, with the utilisation and processing of rocks used for stone carving, and about the care of damaged stone artefacts in the introductory display cases.瓦卢瓦的布朗什（Blanche of Valois）通过与国王、日后成为神圣罗马帝国皇帝的查理四世（Charles IV）的婚姻，成为德意志与波希米亚王后。她是瓦卢瓦的查理（Charles of Valois）与其第三任妻子沙蒂永的玛奥（Mahaut of Châtillon）的幼女。国家博物馆石刻馆（Lapidarium）举办的题为“11至19世纪波希米亚石雕遗存（The monuments of stone carving in Bohemia from the 11th to 19th Century）”的展览，通过入门展区的展示柜，向参观者介绍石雕所用石材的开采、利用与加工工艺，以及受损石雕文物的养护修复手段。
