Ololygon alcatraz (larval amphibian) within Neoregelia compacta tank bromeliads Raw sequence reads

We stocked Ololygon Alcatraz tadpoles in Neoregelia compacta tank bromeliads containing different water (natural vs. pre-sterilized) and aquatic arthropod detritivore (present vs. absent) treatments. Our samples comprise whole tadpoles and environmental samples collected by swabbing the submerged inner leaf surfaces of the bromeliads.
