Derived dataset for "Reservoir regulation reshapes hydrological extremes and drought propagation in the Yangtze River Basin: insights from a climate-driven terrestrial water storage reconstruction using GRACE/GRACE-FO"

This dataset archives the derived data required to reproduce every figure and table in the manuscript "Reservoir regulation reshapes hydrological extremes and drought propagation in the Yangtze River Basin: insights from a climate-driven terrestrial water storage reconstruction using GRACE/GRACE-FO" (Liu et al., manuscript in preparation, 2026, to be submitted to Hydrology and Earth System Sciences). Raw input datasets (GRACE/GRACE-FO, GLDAS, WGHM, CN05.1, CHM_PRE, CLDAS, Three Gorges Reservoir records) are not redistributed and remain available from their original providers. Contents: monthly basin-averaged TWSA, CTWSA reconstruction, GRACE-DSI/CTWSA-DSI and meteorological indices time series for the Upper, Middle, and Lower Yangtze sub-basins; Three Gorges Reservoir water level series; 0.5 deg GeoTIFF rasters of reconstruction performance (NSE/CC/RMSE), TWSA trend difference, and drought propagation time; monthly drought/wet area fractions per sub-basin; month-by-year DSI hotspot matrices; per-event drought records; basin-averaged precipitation and temperature from CN05.1; annual water use and reservoir capacity records. Temporal coverage: April 2002 - December 2024 (monthly, gridded products). Spatial coverage: Yangtze River Basin, 0.5 x 0.5 deg grid (WGS 84, EPSG:4326). License: CC-BY-4.0.本数据集归档了手稿《水库调度重塑长江流域水文极端事件与干旱传播——基于GRACE/GRACE-FO气候驱动陆地水储量重建的认知》（Liu等，2026年在编手稿，待投稿至《Hydrology and Earth System Sciences》）中所有图表与表格复现所需的衍生数据。原始输入数据集包括重力恢复与气候实验/重力恢复与气候实验后续任务（GRACE/GRACE-FO）、全球陆面数据同化系统（GLDAS）、WGHM、CN05.1、CHM_PRE、中国陆面数据同化系统（CLDAS）以及三峡水库观测记录，上述原始数据集未进行二次分发，仍可从其原始提供方获取。 数据集包含以下内容：长江上游、中游、下游子流域的月尺度流域平均陆地水储量异常（Terrestrial Water Storage Anomaly, TWSA）、修正陆地水储量异常（Corrected Terrestrial Water Storage Anomaly, CTWSA）重建结果、GRACE干旱胁迫指数（GRACE-DSI）/CTWSA干旱胁迫指数（CTWSA-DSI）及气象指数时间序列；三峡水库水位序列；涵盖重建性能指标（纳什效率系数（Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency, NSE）、相关系数（Correlation Coefficient, CC）、均方根误差（Root Mean Square Error, RMSE））、TWSA趋势差异以及干旱传播时间的0.5°分辨率GeoTIFF栅格数据；各子流域的月尺度干旱/湿润面积占比；按年-月排列的DSI热点矩阵；单事件干旱记录；来自CN05.1的流域平均降水与气温数据；年度用水与水库库容记录。 时间覆盖范围：2002年4月至2024年12月，数据为月尺度栅格产品。空间覆盖范围：长江流域，采用0.5°×0.5°网格（WGS 84，EPSG:4326）。完整的文件级说明、变量定义、单位及坐标参考系统详见README.md文件。 许可证：CC-BY-4.0。
