Nekton abundance in seagrass beds and marsh habitat, Alabama and Florida, 2010-2012.

A two-year nekton data set was collected in fringing marshes with fyke nets and adjacent seagrass beds with trawls in five sampling sites along the northern Gulf of Mexico. Abundance of species within each site and on specific sampling dates is given. Three replicates were performed on each sampling date at each site, and samples were taken throughout the year. Sizes of C. sapidus (blue crab) was also recorded. This dataset was submitted as NGI dataset Y1.x152.000:0001.

本数据集为一项为期两年的自游生物（nekton）数据集，采集自墨西哥湾北部沿岸的5个采样点：在沿岸沼泽中使用法伊克网（fyke net）采样，在邻近海草床中使用拖网（trawl）采样。数据集给出了各采样点及特定采样日期下的物种种群丰度。每个采样点在每次采样日均设置三次重复样本，且全年持续开展采样工作。此外，数据集同时记录了蓝蟹（blue crab，C. sapidus）的个体尺寸。本数据集以NGI数据集Y1.x152.000:0001的编号提交存档。
