DNA-TFAM smFRET

Representative raw microscopy image stacks of donor (Atto565, right panel) and acceptor (Atto67, left panel) fluorescences for LSP, HSP, and NS upon TFAM addition are provided in TIFF format. For each DNA, multiple image stacks (typically 1 ~ 3) were acquired from different sample areas to extract many single-molecule time traces for analysis. The time traces that were used to make Figure 1D-F and 3A-F are provided. Triplicate data sets were further used to obtain the mean and the standard deviation of the kinetic parameters reported in Figure 3G-K and Table S1.本数据集以TIFF格式提供了添加TFAM后，针对LSP、HSP与NS样本的供体（Atto565，右侧面板）与受体（Atto67，左侧面板）荧光的代表性原始显微图像栈。针对每条DNA分子，我们从不同样本区域采集了多组图像栈（通常为1~3组），以提取用于后续分析的大量单分子时间轨迹。本数据集同时提供了用于绘制图1D-F与3A-F的时间轨迹数据。重复三次的数据集则用于计算图3G-K及补充表S1中所报道的动力学参数的平均值与标准差。
