OPV-DB: a literature-mined organic photovoltaic device performance database

This record provides OPV-DB, a literature-mined organic photovoltaic device performance database. The release includes a full publication-facing archive, a strict performance benchmark, a strict molecular benchmark, material reference tables, validation summaries, field coverage statistics, checksum files, and data documentation. The full archive preserves literature-mined experimental OPV device records with transparent quality annotations. The strict performance benchmark contains records with complete core photovoltaic parameters and internally consistent PCE recomputation. The strict molecular benchmark further requires donor and acceptor molecular identifiers suitable for molecular machine-learning workflows. The package includes README, data dictionary, license, third-party attribution, release manifest, and SHA256 checksums to support reuse and verification.
