Dataset for: Interannual weather variability modifies mineral accumulation but preserves leaf-to-fruit partitioning

This repository contains the dataset and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled Interannual weather variability modifies mineral accumulation but preserves leaf-to-fruit partitioning. The dataset includes mineral concentrations measured in leaves and fruits of fifteen European plum (Prunus domestica L.) cultivars evaluated during three contrasting growing seasons (2022–2024), together with fruit production and quality traits, phenological information, and meteorological variables calculated separately for each cultivar over the 30-day pre-ripening period (P30), 45-day pre-ripening period (P45), and the full flowering-to-ripening period (FF–Ripening) using the ERA5-Land reanalysis dataset. The repository also contains the R scripts used for data preparation, statistical analyses and figure generation.
