AMMPER supplementary data

Supplementary datasets accompanying the manuscript "Agent-based Model for Microbial Populations Exposed to Radiation (AMMPER) simulates yeast growth for deep-space experiments." These datasets represent data generated by several simulation runs of the AMMPER model, as well as the experimental data used for comparison in the manuscript.随论文《受辐射微生物种群智能体模型（Agent-based Model for Microbial Populations Exposed to Radiation，AMMPER）可模拟深空实验中的酵母生长》一同发布的补充数据集。该数据集涵盖AMMPER模型多次模拟运行生成的模拟数据，以及该论文中用于对照分析的实验实测数据。
