Reef surveys of the Eastern Reefs of the Torres Strait - 2022

Cruise on the RV Solander to the Eastern Reefs (mer, Erub and Ugar) of the Torres Straits in March-April 2022 under the NAMMA project.

Data collected included:

Manta Tow surveys for coral cover, COTS, bleaching

Diver Photo Transects

BRUVS videos

eNDA samples

The cruise followed on from a similar one in 2021.

2022年3—4月，在NAMMA项目框架下，搭乘Solander号科考船（RV Solander）前往托雷斯海峡东部礁区（Mer、Erub及Ugar礁）开展科考航行。

本次科考采集的数据涵盖：
曼塔拖曳调查（Manta Tow surveys）：用以评估珊瑚覆盖度、棘冠海星（Crown-of-Thorns Starfish, COTS）及珊瑚白化情况
潜水摄影样线（Diver Photo Transects）
诱饵式远程水下视频系统（Baited Remote Underwater Video Systems, BRUVS）视频数据
eNDA样本
