Data for: Detection of protein complexes from multiple protein interaction networks using graph embedding

There are three folders. The networks folder contains the protein-protein interaction networks of different species. The golden complexes folder contains golden complexes of different species. And the ID map folder contains the id mappings of different species.

该数据集共包含三个子文件夹：networks文件夹内存储了不同物种的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络（protein-protein interaction networks）；golden complexes文件夹内存储了不同物种的金标准复合物集（golden complexes）；ID map文件夹内存储了不同物种的ID映射关系。
