Report on a Review of the Oregon Coast and the Southern Oregon and Northern California Coastal Spring-run Chinook Salmon ESU Configuration

This report addresses only the first part of the WCR request; that is, to evaluate whether OC and/or SONCC spring-run Chinook salmon should be considered ESUs.
