ALLMAPS supporting data: Medicago genome assembly

Supporting data for ALLMAPS. The data set includes Medicago de novo genomic scaffolds, a combination of three maps including optical map, genetic map and synteny to chickpea. ALLMAPS was run to produce pseudomolecules based on these input data.
