Dataset related to the publication 'Miocene climate dynamics created dispersal corridors along the northern Paratethys margin'

Dataset containing the R files and script, occurrences data, and supplementary results necessary for the ecological niche modeling analyses presented in the main study. The 'R' directory contains the files and folders structure, as well as the annotated R script necessary to rerun all the analyses presented in the main study. The 'Maps' directory contains the .shp files of the paleomaps used for the three time slices. The 'Model runs' directory contains all the results of all the analyses run. The 'Occurrences" directory contains all the occurrences data used for the analyses.本数据集包含主研究中开展生态位建模（Ecological Niche Modeling）分析所需的R语言代码文件与脚本、物种出现记录数据，以及补充结果。其中"R"目录包含完整的文件与文件夹架构，以及可复现主研究所有分析流程的带注释R脚本；"Maps"目录包含用于三个时间切片的古地理图Shapefile（.shp）格式文件；"Model runs"目录包含所有分析运行所得的全部结果；"Occurrences"目录包含本次分析所用的全部出现记录数据。
