资源简介:
The Sardinian tree frog (Hyla sarda) is a species of frog in the family Hylidae, found in Corsica, Sardinia, and the Tuscan Archipelago. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, temperate shrubland, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and urban areas (from Wikipedia entry). This genome is from a female in Corsica, collected and coordinated by Daniele Canestrelli at Tuscia University, Italy, and used to generate a high-quality reference genome for the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP). Sequencing and genome assembly were conducted at the Vertebrate Genomes Lab (VGL) at the Rockefeller University led by Olivier Fedrigo and Erich D. Jarvis.
