Infection time course (mycelia, two days' post infection and three days post infection) for Phytophthora infestans (88069 and 3928A) on potato and Phytophthora mirabilis (P3008 and P99114) on Mirabilis jalapa

A time course was created for the infection of potato (Desiree) with P. infestans (88069 and 3928A) and Mirabilis jalapa with Phytophthora mirabilis (P3008 and P99114). RNA was extracted from mycelial material grown in liquid media (to avoid sporulation); two days' post inoculation infected plant material;and three days' post inoculation infected plant material. Three biological replicates were collected for each time point.
