Cerebral cortex and striatum were isolated from 6-month old Msh6+/- and Msh6-/- mice crossed with the Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice and their respective controls. Transcriptomic analysis (RNASeq) was performed on 6 genotypes: WT, Q140, Msh6+/-, Q140 X Msh6+/-, Msh6-/-, and Q140 X Msh6-/-, 8 replicates per genotype. Overall design: RNASeq analysis was performed on samples from the cerebral cortex and striatum tissues of 6 months old wild type, Q140, Msh6+/-, Q140 X Msh6+/-, Msh6-/-, and Q140 X Msh6-/- mice. N = 8 per group (4M/4F)
