To explore the functional roles of deregulated genes in thyroid cancer, Gene Ontology Biological Process (GOBP) and KEGG enrichment analyses were conducted on the overlapping upregulated and downregulated mRNAs. The results of the GOBP analysis suggested significant enrichment in extracellular matrix organization, positive regulation of gene expression, and multicellular organism development.
