We used RNA sequencing to compare SNRPA1 over-expression cells to mock-transfected (mCherry) controls. Overall design: We over-expressed the SNRPA1 ORF in MDA-231 cells using the lentiviral construct pLX304. We then used RNA sequencing (smarter-seq pico v2) to compare SNRPA1 over-expression cells to mCherry-over expressing controls.
