CYBERSECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE BANKING SYSTEM: RISKS, THREATS, AND REGULATORY SOLUTIONS

The accelerating digital transformation of banking systems worldwide has created an expanding attack surface for cybercriminals, state-sponsored actors, and insider threats. The findings indicate that while technological solutions such as artificial intelligence-driven threat detection and blockchain-based authentication have demonstrated measurable utility, their effectiveness remains contingent upon robust regulatory frameworks, organizational culture, and cross-border cooperation. The article concludes that cybersecurity in digitalized banking cannot be reduced to a technical problem but must be understood as a systemic governance challenge requiring coordinated policy responses.全球银行业系统的数字化转型加速推进，为网络犯罪分子、国家支持的威胁行为体以及内部威胁主体创造了持续扩张的攻击面。研究结果表明，尽管人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）驱动的威胁检测、基于区块链（Blockchain）的身份验证等技术解决方案已展现出可量化的应用价值，但其有效性仍有赖于健全的监管框架、组织文化以及跨境协作。本文最终得出结论：数字化银行业的网络安全问题绝非单纯的技术难题，而应被视作一项系统性治理挑战，需要各方采取协调一致的政策应对举措。
