浙大二院2010年-2026年骨与软组织肿瘤手术患者数据集

该数据来源于浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科骨与软组织肿瘤专科的临床随访管理系统，该系统对接受手术治疗的骨肿瘤患者进行前瞻性登记与标准化随访。数据库覆盖患者的人口学特征、肿瘤学信息、手术方式、重建方式及术后随访结局，并由专职医护人员持续维护和更新。涵盖患者多维度临床信息，包括但不限于患者基本信息表（病人 ID、性别、BMI、年龄、婚姻状况、民族、手术日期、出院时间）、肿瘤相关信息（诊断类型、病理骨折、肿瘤部位、病理诊断）、治疗相关信息（手术时长、手术类型、术中出血量、重建类型、灭活手段、辅助手段、术前后放化疗、免疫、靶向）以及随访与结局信息（末次随访时间、生存状态、并发症、局部复发、远处转移、MSTS/TESS功能评估）。以结构化与半结构化形式存储，构成覆盖诊疗全过程的骨肿瘤围手术期数据库。This dataset is sourced from the clinical follow-up management system of the Department of Orthopedics, Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor Specialty, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. This system conducts prospective registration and standardized follow-up for bone tumor patients who received surgical treatment. The database covers the demographic characteristics, oncological information, surgical procedures, reconstruction methods and post-operative follow-up outcomes of patients, and is continuously maintained and updated by full-time medical staff. It includes multi-dimensional clinical information of patients, including but not limited to the basic patient information form (patient ID, gender, BMI, age, marital status, ethnicity, surgery date, discharge time), tumor-related information (diagnosis type, pathological fracture, tumor location, pathological diagnosis), treatment-related information (surgical duration, surgical type, intraoperative blood loss, reconstruction type, inactivation method, adjuvant measures, pre- and post-operative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy), as well as follow-up and outcome information (last follow-up time, survival status, complications, local recurrence, distant metastasis, MSTS/TESS functional assessment). Stored in structured and semi-structured formats, it constitutes a perioperative database for bone tumors that covers the entire diagnosis and treatment process.
