资源简介:
Supplementary file S1. Taxonomic verdict, identification number and measurement of all studied material from the Daroca-Calamocha area. These files consist of a list of fossil dental specimens attributed to the family Erinaceidae. These specimens have been described from numerous Miocene localities in the Daroca-Calamocha area of central Spain. Each specimen is provided with an identification number, the name of the locality (with absolute dating; references available in the main document), the identification of the tooth (I = incisor, C = canine, P = premolar, M = molar; lowercase letters indicate mandibular elements) and the measurements (A = area, L = length, W = width; see the main document for the methodology). Additionally, the second tab contains a summary table showing the presence of Erinaceidae taxa in each locality.--------------------------Supplementary file S2. Measurements of "Schizogalerix" voesendorfensis from Gratkorn. Corrected from Prieto et al. (2010).This file contains new, corrected measurements of the species Schizogalerix voesendorfensis from the Gratkorn locality (Middle Miocene, Austria), originally published by Prieto et al. in 2010. As the palaeontological material comprises numerous specimens, only the minimum, maximum and mean values are provided for each dental element.--------------------------Supplementary file S3. Discussion on the relationship between Galerix material and species. This Word file provides a comparison of material attributed to the genus Galerix in order to construct a hypothetical phylogeny of the genus based on dental morphology, as well as the chronological and biogeographical distribution of each species. The text is divided into three sections: the early members of the Galericini; the Anatolian and Galerix-Parasorex group; and the other derived Galerix. A reference list is provided at the end of the document.
