How do changes in settlement periods affect wholesale market prices? Evidence from Australia's National Electricity Market

This is an electricity market dataset, including demand, dispatch and regional prices, sourced from the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO, 2023). We assemble a five-minute frequency panel dataset of the National Electricity Market (NEM) between 1 July 2020 and 31 December 2021.本数据集为电力市场数据集，涵盖用电需求、调度与区域电价信息，数据来源于澳大利亚能源市场运营商（Australian Energy Market Operator，AEMO，2023）。本研究构建了2020年7月1日至2021年12月31日期间澳大利亚国家电力市场（National Electricity Market，NEM）的五分钟频次面板数据集。
