This dataset generates weather alert reports for severe weather events (strong winds, dense fog) that disrupt the berthing and departure operations of cruise ships, based on wind and visibility observation data from meteorological stations within the Shanghai cruise port area and its shipping fairway, as well as numerical model outputs.
