Gene expression profiling were examined by Human HT-12 v4.0 Expression BeadChip arrays in SKBR3 and BT474 cells treated with HER2 inhibitor lapatinib or CDK7 inhibitor THZ1. SKBR3 and BT474 cells were treated with lapatinib(1 μM) or THZ1 (250 nM) for 6 hours. RNA was extracted with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen) and RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen). HumanHT-12 v4.0 Expression BeadChip arrays were used for analyses of transcriptomic changes caused by HER2 or CDK7 inhibition.
