Excel files contain bioluminescence expression from single-cell traces of E13.5 LUC2-HES1 LGE NSCs cultured in proliferative, quiescent and reactivated conditions. The traces were extracted from bioluminescence movies of NSCs using the Imaris software. These data relate to Fig.1C-H and Supplementary Fig.2B-D.<br> The background traces included in the files have been smoothed using a nonlinear polynomial (order 2). The smoothed background timeseries were then subtracted from the bioluminescence timeseries corresponding to each cell at each available time point.<br> In the files we have included the single-cell timeseries after background subtraction and after splitting them into 10h chunks. For example, a cell trace (Cell 1) that has 125 time frames (with each timeframe corresponding to a 10min interval) was split into 3 traces: two with 60 time frames (Cell 1 and Cell b1) and one with 5 (Cell c1). The number in the naming of the trace indicates the original cell number and the letters indicate how many parts the trace was split into. The traces were then aligned to all start from time frame 0 but this doesn’t correspond to the start of the actual cell trace from the movies.<br> These files were used as an input for the Gaussian Processes method as described in the materials and methods section of the paper and by using the code linked to that section. The code will filter out any traces that have a length shorter than 5.5h (33 frames).
