DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE REGION'S ECONOMIC SECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRANSITION TO A GREEN ECONOMY

This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the issues of improving the mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of the region in the context of the transition to a green economy. Global climate change, resource limitations, and increased environmental threats require a revision of the regional development model. In this regard, the need to ensure economic security not based on traditional approaches, but integrated with green transformation processes is increasing. The study substantiates the directions of improving regional economic security indicators, developing renewable energy sources, attracting green investments, managing environmental risks, and modernizing institutional mechanisms. Also, the interrelationship between the green economy and economic security in ensuring the sustainable development of the region is revealed on the basis of a systematic approach. The results of the study serve to improve regional policy and strengthen economic stability.

本论文针对向绿色经济转型背景下完善区域经济安全保障机制的相关议题展开了全面分析。全球气候变化、资源约束加剧以及环境威胁升级，亟需对区域发展模式进行调整与优化。在此背景下，摒弃传统发展路径、融入绿色转型进程以保障区域经济安全的诉求日益凸显。本研究论证了完善区域经济安全指标体系、发展可再生能源、吸引绿色投资、管控环境风险以及升级制度机制的具体方向；同时基于系统研究视角，阐明了绿色经济与经济安全在保障区域可持续发展进程中的内在关联。本研究成果可为优化区域政策、强化经济稳定性提供实践支撑。
