The main contents in the sub-folders are as follows:
10x_Visium: Unpublished Space Ranger generated BAM files for Head & Neck OPSCC (samples HNB, HNC, HND) and kidney cancer (KidA, KidB_N, KidC and KidD samples).
ONT: Head & Neck OPSCC (HNC), SCC and BCC ONT FASTQ files PacBio_SMRT: Colorectal cancer primary tumor (CP) and metastasized tumor (CM) PacBio BAM files.
STOmics_raw_data: The STOmics Stereo-seq OMNI chip FASTQ files for melanoma and colorectal cancer samples.
