A Real-Time Shelf-Life Estimation Model

A Shelf-Life Estimation Model built in MATLAB for fresh fruits and vegetables. The model can accept any temperature history, whether simulated or provided by a temperature sensor, and can account for passively-created modified atmospheres. It has been validated experimentally and found to be most accurate for unsealed non-climacteric products. Much effort has been put into making the model setup process as user-friendly as possible as a user manual has been provided.一款基于MATLAB开发的新鲜果蔬货架期估算模型。该模型可接收任意温度历史数据，涵盖模拟生成的数据与温度传感器采集的数据两类，同时可兼容被动生成的改性气调环境。本模型已通过实验验证，对未密封的非呼吸跃变型产品的预测精度最高。为最大化模型设置流程的用户友好性，研发团队已同步提供配套用户手册，为此投入了大量研发精力。
