Pleurotus ostreatus Raw sequence reads

The transcription factor Pofst3 gene of Pleurotus ostreatus was RNA-seq in Pleurotus ostreatus new 831 wild type strain, Pofst3 overexpression strain and Pofst3 antisense silencing strain constructed on the background of this wild type strain. During the mycelial entanglement period of Pleurotus ostreatus, the differentially expressed genes were compared with wild type as blank control, and the up-regulated and down-regulated genes were found.
