Invention also relates to a method of using a primary precipitate for producing ethanol from cellulose and use of the treated primary precipitate to obtain recycled facing cardboard. Method of producing the primary precipitate involves a step of treating the outlet stream with a preserving agent which is a composition containing benzalkonium chloride， sodium hypochlorite and oxytetracycline.
