肺癌是一种起源于肺部支气管黏膜或腺体的恶性肿瘤,是全球范围内最常见的癌症之一。甲基化的分析流程,主要识别和量化基因组中甲基化位点的变化,通常发生在胞嘧啶(C)上,特别是在CpG二核苷酸中,包括了质控、去接头、比对参考基因组、差异碱基化区域的筛选以及对应的注释。其中比对涉及到两种方法bismark和bsmap。本产品还包括了结合转录组的数据进行联合分析和结果可视化。
Lung cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the bronchial mucosa or glands of the lung, and is one of the most common cancers worldwide. The methylation analysis pipeline primarily identifies and quantifies changes in genomic methylation sites, which typically occur on cytosine (C), especially within CpG dinucleotides. This pipeline includes quality control (QC), adapter trimming, alignment to the reference genome, screening of differentially methylated regions (DMRs), and their corresponding annotation. The alignment step involves two methods: Bismark and BSMAP. This product also provides integrated joint analysis with transcriptomic data and result visualization.
