通过组织开展普查活动，全面获取森林可燃物、野外火源、气象条件等森林火灾致灾因子，摸清森林火灾隐患，查明区域防灾减灾能力，客观反映森林火灾风险水平，为有针对性的开展森林火灾防治和应急管理工作提供有效的科学依据。This dataset is developed through organizing and conducting a comprehensive forest fire census, comprehensively collecting forest fire-causing factors including forest fuels, wild ignition sources and meteorological conditions, identifying potential forest fire hazards, ascertaining regional disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, and objectively reflecting the forest fire risk level, thereby providing valid scientific evidence for targeted forest fire prevention, control and emergency management efforts.
