List of departmental houses of solidarity and insertion of Gironde

Of 38 and located throughout the department, the Departmental Houses of Solidarity and Insertion (M.D.S.I.) have a priority requirement: provide users with local help.

They bring together all social and medico-social professionals to accompany the different stages of life (early childhood, education, health, integration, disability, ageing, addiction, etc.).

They replace the Medical — Social Centres and now offer residents a one-stop shop.The M.D.S.I. are aimed at all the inhabitants of their territory regardless of their age, situation and needs.
