Data for: Sustainability of Shifting Cultivation Based Livelihoods of Ethnic Minorities: Evidences from the Disadvantageous Northeastern Region of India

The research data comprises data collected through personally interviewing members/ heads of shifting cultivator households of eleven districts from 'seven sister' states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura) of the disadvantageous Northeastern region of India. The raw and processed data are all intended to come out with different kinds of indices for apprising the livelihood sustainability of the shifting cultivator households in the region.

本研究数据集涵盖印度欠发达东北地区"七姐妹邦（Seven Sister States，包括阿鲁纳恰尔邦、阿萨姆邦、曼尼普尔邦、梅加拉亚邦、米佐拉姆邦、那加兰邦、特里普拉邦）"下辖11个区县的刀耕火种农户（shifting cultivator households）成员及户主的当面访谈采集数据。原始数据与经处理后的数据均旨在生成多类评估指标，以评估该区域刀耕火种农户的生计可持续性。
