The goal of this study is to identify durable transcriptomic reprogramming after transient bacterial colonisation in germ-free mice. Overall design: The HA107 conditioned mice were prepared by reversible colonisation (10^10 CFU bacterial gavage for four times on alternate days) two weeks prior to the small intestinal sampling. Unconditioned mice were trated similarly with PBS gavage.
