资源简介:
In current BioProject, we have investigated biodiversity and dynamics of microbial communities during harmful cyanobacterial bloom (HAB) in heavily eutrophicated Lake Imandra. The lake is located beyond the Arctic Circle at the south-western part of Kola peninsula, Russia. Cyanobacterial blooms in a lake occur in July-August. The regular annual blooming started in 2000 and every year is accompanied by the release of cyanotoxins and massive death of various aquatic animals. The data is generated by Alexander K. Bekkelund and Nikolay Kashulin. The work was performed in frames of RFBR funded research project № 18-05-60125 (Large Arctic lakes under the global and regional environmental and climatic changes).
