Characterization of Human Fecal Material (NIST RM 8048) from Omnivore and Vegetarian Donors

This repository holds the raw data, analysis code, and results generated in the characterization of NIST Reference Material RM 8048 - Human Fecal Material (RM 8048) from Omnivore and Vegetarian Donors. RM 8048 was evaluated by metagenomic, metabolomic (both NMR and LC-MS/MS), and flow cytometry measurements. A full description of the characterization is available in the associated publication. Additional measurement modalities will be included here as they are completed.
