There are four datasets and raw data in this data management plan. These four datasets are associated with four publications. The first dataset comprises nematode juvenile images and measurements in a CSV file. This dataset is used in the article of the agronomy journal. The second dataset consists of root-knot nematode egg images and measurements in a CSV file. This dataset is employed in the IEEE Access article. The third dataset consists of nematode images and their labels in text files. It is utilized in the article of biosensors and bioelectronics: X journal. The fourth dataset consists of root-knot nematodes egg images and labels in text files. This dataset is used in the article in the Journal of Imaging. Besides this, there are raw data in the raw folder.
