Simulation of an epidemiological model for a heterogeneous population

Files contain code that allows for the simulation of a system of ordinary differential equations describing the spread of an epidemic.They are text files that contain input parameters and functions relying on these parameters. These functions contain built-in functions that allow the user to solve the system.After compilation of run.m, odefcn.m and odecfn.4 are consecutively launched.The files were made in MATLAB.The files originated during the realization of the research activity concerning the MINIATURA grant.
