International reserves and foreign currency liquidity

International reserves are Estonia's official reserve assets and other foreign currency assets. Among the official reserve assets, include Eesti Pank's foreign currency claims against non-residents of the euro area. Other foreign currency assets are claims on euro area residents in the foreign currency of Eesti Pank and claims on the foreign currency of the central government. In addition, the statistics on international reserves and foreign currency liquidity shall include, on a precautionary basis, known and also contingent short-term net cash flows from reserve and other foreign currency assets and other indicators characterising foreign currency assets. The presentation of international reserves on Eesti Pank's website is based on a single standard developed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) (Data Temple on International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity).国际储备（International Reserves）系爱沙尼亚的官方储备资产与其他外汇资产。官方储备资产范畴内，包含爱沙尼亚中央银行（Eesti Pank）对欧元区非居民持有的外汇债权。其余外汇资产则涵盖两类：一是爱沙尼亚中央银行以外汇计价对欧元区居民持有的债权，二是以外汇计价对中央政府持有的债权。此外，国际储备与外汇流动性统计还需遵循预防性原则，纳入储备及其他外汇资产所产生的已知及或有短期净现金流，以及其他用于表征外汇资产特征的相关指标。 爱沙尼亚中央银行官网披露的国际储备数据，依据国际货币基金组织（International Monetary Fund, IMF）制定的统一标准（《国际储备与外汇流动性数据模板》（Data Temple））进行编制呈现。
