CellProfiler pipeline for confocal images analysis_1

This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (4.2.1 release) and it is suitable for the automatized analysis of confocal microscopy images, allowing the quantification of the levels of a protein in subcellular compartments (nucleus and cytosol). It also can determine the grade of overlapping between to confocal channels, being useful for the study of colocalization between two proteins of interest. The pipeline is ready to use and can be adapted to a new project, modifying data in the menu of each command that compose the pipeline.

本流程采用开源软件 CellProfiler（4.2.1 版本）构建，适用于对共聚焦显微镜图像进行自动化分析，并能对亚细胞结构（如细胞核和细胞质）中蛋白质水平进行量化。此外，该流程还能确定共聚焦通道之间的重叠等级，对于研究感兴趣的两个蛋白质之间的共定位具有重要意义。该流程已准备就绪，可供直接使用，并可适应新项目，通过修改流程中各命令菜单中的数据进行调整。
