WFS RP Ground Scaffolding – AX_PatternLandesmusterAndComparative Set_Point – OGC API Features

The real estate register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). In it, the objects of the object type “ground estimation” form a proof of the yieldability of the soil. For this purpose, legal classifications of areas are determined according to specific criteria. The assignment, classification and demarcation is the responsibility of the Rhineland-Palatinate tax administration (www.lfst-rlp.de). In accordance with Section 14 of the Soil Estimation Act, the soil estimation results must be kept in the real estate cadastre. The WFS RP Soil Estimation contains the areas of the soil estimate, the sample, country samples and comparison pieces as well as the burial holes of the soil estimate with the value types according to the ALKIS Rhineland-Palatinate object type catalogue (ALKIS-OK RP).不动产登记簿以电子形式存储于官方不动产登记信息系统（Official Property Register Information System, ALKIS）中。其中，"土地评估"（ground estimation）对象类型的数据实体，可作为土壤生产能力的证明依据。为此，需依据特定标准对区域开展法定分类。区域的划定、分类与界定工作由莱茵兰-普法尔茨州税务管理局（www.lfst-rlp.de）负责。 根据《土地评估法》第14条规定，土地评估结果必须纳入不动产地籍簿。WFS RP 土地评估数据集包含土地评估涉及的区域、采样点、区域采样点、对比样区以及土壤评估钻孔，并附带符合莱茵兰-普法尔茨州ALKIS对象类型目录（ALKIS-OK RP）的属性类型。
