Adapting to austerity: a review of police force and authority preparedness for the 2011/12–14/15 CSR period

In Spring 2011, HMIC carried out an inspection into the preparedness of forces and authorities across England and Wales to make savings over the four years of the comprehensive spending review period. This review incorporates our inspection findings, and provides an independent commentary on the estimated scale of challenge, and how (at this stage) forces and authorities plan to meet it.2011年春季，英国皇家警察监察局（HMIC）对英格兰与威尔士全境各警务部门及主管机构在综合开支审查四年周期内的节支筹备就绪情况开展了专项督查。本报告整合了本次督查的全部发现结果，并针对预估的挑战规模，以及（现阶段）各警务部门与主管机构应对该挑战的规划作出了独立评述。
