On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv mayor of vil 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the portal of open data of Kharkiv, which according to the Harvesting procedure is automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日发布的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定》的行政命令，信息管理方在哈尔科夫开放数据门户发布的开放数据集，将按照数据抓取归集流程自动同步至由‘哈尔科夫市议会’作为管理主体的国家统一开放数据门户。
