This research aimed to investigate liaison of interdepartmental communication and its effect on the
different perception of patients who comes to Chennai hospital for different purposes in India. This
study mainly focuses the satisfied patient to get delighted and making them as a gratified patient. The
research surveys leading hospital in Chennai through distributing 120 questionnaires to a convenient
sample of patients. A total number of 120 questionnaires were collected during two months period.
The results show that in what ways patient gets satisfaction and delightful. Furthermore, this
technique used in this model is a convenient diagnostic instrument to be used in assessing and
monitoring the quality of healthcare service in hospitals. This research intends to clarify the major
factors affecting patients’ perception of cumulative satisfaction in Chennai hospital in order to address
the question ‘whether patients are gratified.”
