资源简介:
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a growing global public health concern, with resistant bacteria increasingly detected in food and dairy environments. In this project, we investigated bacterial isolates recovered from cow milk to identify and characterize their antimicrobial resistance gene profiles. The main objective was to determine the presence of genetic determinants associated with resistance, which may contribute to the transmission of AMR through the dairy food chain. By examining the genetic basis of resistance in milk associated bacteria, this study provides important insights into potential public health risks and highlights the need for continuous monitoring of AMR in dairy products.
