To investigate the mechanism by which specific peptide promoted pulpal wound healing process, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was performed to quantify the protein expression in human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs). Proteins identified by MS/MS were compared using Scaffold Viewer (Proteome Software).
