Innovation in Action 2024

<p>Welcome to the 2024 Annual Report for the Detroit Open Data Portal (ODP).  Our goal is to present the ODP team’s initiatives, goals, and results of our work this past year.  The StoryMap format weaves together the different elements of the ODP journey, showing both the numerical data and the stories behind it, reflecting the dynamic and evolving nature of our work.</p><p>The report is divided into ten distinct sections that can be navigated through menu items. It is our hope that this StoryMap will bring our work to life and that it will be a testament to the power of open data as a vital element for digital empowerment and inclusion.</p><p>Looking ahead, the ODP has great potential for continued growth and enhancement, with community participation remaining central to its development. This report highlights the principles of open data and underscores its importance in advancing transparency, efficiency, and innovation for the people of Detroit.</p>
