CEOP Tsukuba reference site data in Japan

Data archive project for Tsukuba Science City was initiated under the Coordinated Energy and water cycle Observations Project for four years (2007-2010). Five institutes and one university in the Tsukuba city contribute to archive the hydro-meteorological data in the uniformed format.
